F10 not bound to tmm-menubar on text-only term

Hi,

With the latest Debian package 'F10' is not bound to the function
'tmm-menubar' in a text-only frame. If emacs-multi-tty is launched on
X-window all is correct : typing 'F10' or 'M-x `' launchs tmm-menubar.

It's a very small problem, but i prefer to report it.

Regards,

For me it is bound to `menu-bar-open', which switches to the toolkit
menu under X. I wasn't aware of this nifty new feature. Brilliant!

Anyway, the bug is fixed in patch-577.
