Bug in toolbar

Hi there,

It seems there is a bug with icons in the toolbar. For example,

Use emacsclient to connect to already running emacs, the toolbar is
like:

Loading Image...

Start a new emacs, and it will be like

Loading Image...

This is tested in:

GNU Emacs 22.0.51.1 (i586-pc-linux-gnu, X toolkit, Xaw3d scroll bars,
multi-tty) of 2006-08-14 (CVS checkout 20060730)

multi-tty patch is 20060730
